Prepare for a deep, beneficial stretch with Yin Yoga. This practice uses two to five minute hold times on postures to facilitate release in areas of the body which contain dense connective tissue. Yin is an especially excellent counterbalance for quicker flow classes. This practice also allows the joints to remain youthful as you age. While Yin can be passive and relaxing, it allows the practitioner to move deeper within the poses over the longer hold times. This class is for all levels.
