Our hip opening vinyasa flow class will stretch and open the hips, groins, and pelvic region to decrase tightness and release energy. Hip opening poses are very beneficial to practice, especially for athletes and those who sit at a desk all day. We begin each session with Sun Salutations then explore various asanas to create stability in the thighbones, hipbones and sacrum. Basic knowledge of yoga is recommended.
