Using the HiLiiT (high intensity, low impact) method on the M3K Megaformer, Reformed by Lagree combines the 5 components of physical fitness (muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and body composition) into one 45 minute workout. By using time under tension to optimize muscle strength and conditioning in a low intensity way, we focus exclusively on working your slow twitch muscle fibers, ensuring that with every move you push your body to its limit while maintaining postural integrity. This minimizes stress on the muscles and joints and gives you a zero gravity effect as you strengthen your core, improve endurance, and lose fat while building long, lean muscles.
