Power Hour Levels 1&2

This one hour session focuses on poses that build strength and develop the core. Using mindfully sequenced asanas and attentive breathwork, we will explore Vinyasa and Power yoga including Sun Salutations, standing sequence, seated poses, backbends, and a closing sequence. Suitable for students with previous yoga experience.
