You are what you eat.
Contrary to popular belief, there is no one stop shop approach to nutrition. No two people are alike, so no two diets should be alike. The food choices you make will impact your physical body, your mental health, your emotional well-being, and all aspects of your life. Therefore, it is wise to consult with a fitness nutrition specialist to determine the best way to synchronize your eating habits and wellness goals.
The first consultation will be the most involved: determining your fitness goals, getting baseline measurements, discussing your activities and typical diet, etc. From this information we will work to create healthy eating habits that works for you.
We will then schedule follow-up appointments to monitor your progress, and make adjustments as needed. Since your body is unique, your meals should be as well. The most important thing is to establish healthy habits that will get you toward your goals, but still allow you to enjoy your food.
Nutrition consultation is included in fitness and yoga training packages, but I do offer individual nutrition coaching sessions including phone calls and in-home visits. Sessions include an in-home visit and 3 follow up phone or Skype calls.
