Online Training

Being able to help as many people as possible through my work as a fitness trainer has always been my goal, and with the advancements of modern technology virtual workouts have never been easier! Using Zoom I’ll bring my customized one-on-one workouts to you virtually to create a comprehensive and customized exercise regime that works around your schedule and brings you results!

What to Expect

The first session will involve a detailed interview and fitness assessment. We will work toward determining your fitness goals, discuss potential strategies for success, and develop a personalized training program that is right for you. The following sessions will safely progress you in the direction of your goals, shape the exercises to your preferences, and reassessments to analyze the effectiveness of your training program. 

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS:

Rates vary based on your schedule preferences and fitness goals. Each session is 60 minutes including a warm up, cool down, workout and stretch. 

1:1 Personal Training Sessions:
$110 for 60 minutes
$85 for 45 minutes
$60 for 30 minutes

Personal Training Packages (60 minute):
$1050 for 10 60 minute sessions
$500 for 5 60 minute sessions

For 30 minute sessions:* 
$580 for 10 sessions

FUSING BOXING, KICKBOXING, AND FUNCTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING

Our boxing-based fitness classes feature a dynamic combination of boxing and kickboxing mixed with traditional strength training. In order to keep things fresh with we mix it up with different workouts daily. Each class is 50 minutes in length and focuses on a different part of the body every day. You’ll circulate through two different boxing stations for half of the class, and rotate through 8-12 stations, each with a different functional exercise, for the other half.

Boxing has proven to be one of the most effective forms of exercise for burning fat, increasing muscle tone, improving endurance, and eliminating stress. During any given workout, you can expect to punch, kick, push, pull, and more. Some workouts will incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, benches, pull-up bars, Bosu balls, and bands, ensuring you push past your perfection and work every muscle group over the course of your session.
