What to Expect
Your first session will involve a detailed interview and fitness assessment. We will work toward determining your fitness goals, discuss potential strategies for success, and develop a personalized training program that is right for you. The following sessions will safely progress you in the direction of your goals, shape the exercises to your preferences, and reassessments to analyze the effectiveness of your training program.
Personal Training Sessions:
My rates vary based on your schedule preferences and fitness goals. Each session is 60 minutes including a warm up, cool down, workout and stretch.
$75 for 1 session weekly
$60 for 2 sessions weekly
$50 for 3 sessions weekly
For 30 minute sessions:*
$40 for 1 session weekly
$35 for 2 sessions weekly
$30 for 3 sessions weekly
15% discount on 2 month commitment
25% discount on 6 month commitment
*Please note that 30 minute sessions are generally high intensity.
