Massage is a type of integrative therapy that involves the manipulation of soft tissue in the body including the skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments. The physical body works hard for you each and every single day; massage is an invitation to reconnect. Receiving regular bodywork can improve posture, blood circulation, and overall health, as well as provide stress relief from many of the common ailments that result from a sedentary lifestyle and time spent by computers, steering wheels, and on the feet.

What I Do

I combine multiple methods into each massage to create a completely customized session designed to fit your needs and address any concerns you may have. My experience incorporates modalities including, but not limited to:

Rather than worry about what type of massage to book, focus on parts of the body that need tending to. From there a completely custom experience is created to maximize the benefit of your session. The first session will include an initial evaluation discussing health records as well as a visual postural assessment and series of tests to gauge range your of motion.
