Hey, I’m Bri!

 

Wow. What do I say about me? A twenty-something weirdo still finding herself in this crazy, mixed up world. In America there's so much emphasis on, "What do you do?!" Meaning, what's your job? We are more than our respective careers. But I guess you could call me a personal trainer; that's how I pay the bills at least. Oh yeah, and I teach yoga and sometimes I'm a photographer and web designer too.

What I Do

 

I offer boutique personal training and private yoga instruction along with fitness nutrition consultations to working professionals. The increasingly sedentary lives we lead are harmful not only for our bodies, but for our minds, moods, and overall health as well. By using functional movement and mobility, I help my clients reach their fitness and nutrition goals while embracing their best selves.

I'm an addict for dramatics, and I've got a penchant for all things exercise. I lift heavy weights to challenge the body. I do yoga to soothe the soul. Check out some of my credentials below:

About Me.

I write, I paint, I make music. I cook when I feel inspired, I dance horribly when I hear good music, I've got the attention span of a goldfish, but I'm actually a big 'ol goofball once you get me out of my shell.

Waffles are my favorite food, I consider coffee a food group, I've got a weakness for tempeh bacon, my cat is adorable (but chubby), and my favorite TV show is Frasier. I've seen The Departed more times than I can count, and when I was younger I wanted to be Matilda. These are all a part of me, just as much as "my job".
