What I Do
I offer boutique fitness instruction and personalized massage sessions to badass babes (and bros). I specialize in working with clientele aiming to develop flexibility, mobility, and maximum control of their bodies. The increasingly sedentary lives we lead are harmful not only for our bodies, but for our minds, moods, and overall health as well. By using functional movement, I help my clients reach their fitness goals while embracing their best selves.
