This Hip Opening Vinyasa Flow class will stretch and open the hips, groin and pelvic region to decrease tightness and release energy. Hip opening poses are very beneficial to practice, especially for athletes and those who sit at a desk all day. We will begin each session with Sun Salutations then explore various asanas to create stability in the thighbones, hipbones and the sacrum. Basic knowledge of yoga is recommended.
