Our boxing-based fitness classes feature a dynamic combination of boxing and kickboxing mixed with traditional strength training. In order to keep things fresh with we mix it up with different workouts daily. Each class is 50 minutes in length and focuses on a different part of the body every day. You’ll cycle through 10 exercises targeting the core in all 3 planes of motion for the functional half of class, and cycle through 10 rounds on the tier bag focusing on precision speed and accuracy before moving through 10 power rounds on the Thai bag.
