Our boxing-based fitness classes feature a dynamic combination of boxing and kickboxing mixed with traditional strength training. In order to keep things fresh with we mix it up with different workouts daily. Each class is 50 minutes in length and focuses on a different part of the body every day. You’ll circulate through two different boxing stations for half of the class, and rotate through 8-12 stations, each with a different functional exercise, for the other half.
