Double Down

Our boxing-based fitness classes feature a dynamic combination of boxing and kickboxing mixed with traditional strength training. In order to keep things fresh with we mix it up with different workouts daily. Each class is 50 minutes in length and focuses on a different part of the body every day. You’ll cycle through 10 exercises working the lower body for the functional half of class, and alternate between Thai and tier bags focusing on accuracy and precision speed. Each round will then be repeated for a shorter duration for as many reps as possible.
