A free class for members of the Huntsville Botanical Gardens, this slow and steady vinyasa class is aimed toward creating heat through longer holds with a strong emphasis on core work and alignment. Practice ends with a relaxing deep stretch series and a juicy savasana to help you unwind. Designed to find your own balance of strength, stretch and flexibility/stability and ease this practice aims to provide a greater understanding of alignment and balance in the body. All levels welcome.
