Innercise Yoga classes are BACK and will be held on the patio at Wild Heaven Beer (Avondale Estates). This week, Kelsey Reed will co-teach with local fave Bri Randall. There will be a donation jar available for The Russell Center.

The Russells are also historically and politically influential African-Americans, who have provided decades of significant support for the civil rights movement, the advancement of students and entrepreneurs, and the development of real estate in the city of Atlanta.

We will begin with 20 spots, in order to follow social distancing protocol by placing yoga mats 6 feet apart. There will also be a complimentary hand sanitizer station upon arrival, mandatory to participate upon entering the building or using the facilities. Bonus: A half-pour of beer will be served to anyone who takes class!
