(Virtual) Yin/Yang HIIT

Join Briana Randall and Kimberly Hamilton for a double dose of yin/yang goodness every week! Tuesdays will be HIIT (high intensity interval training) with Bri: a fast paced, strength and resistance training workout designed to get the heart rate up and work every major muscle group of the body. Through a combination of plyometric movements, core exercise, active mobility movements and you’ll work the body and balance the mind while improving flexibility, strength and balance.
